About Us

Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire is part of the Volunteer Centre Network in Scotland.

Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire services are available to individuals living, working or volunteering in Renfrewshire.

Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire is managed by Volunteer Development Scotland, and works in partnership with Renfrewshire CVS and Renfrewshire Council.

Aims

The Volunteer Centre aims to promote, support and develop volunteering in Renfrewshire by:

Gathering up to date information about local volunteer opportunities
Putting people in touch with organisations where they can volunteer
Providing information and advice to those who work with volunteers
Promoting and publicising the values of volunteering

Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire became a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Scottish Registered Charity on 21 st December 2005 and a copmany limited by guarantee and works in partnership with many local providers including Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire Council for Voluntary Services, Local Voluntary Organisations, and many others.

We have four directors currently serving as Company officers:
