Registering your organisation with Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire provides you with many benefits:

Free promotion of your volunteer opportunities through the Volunteer Centre and online at www.volunteerscotland.org.uk.
Receive information and news bulletins on volunteering issues by post and/or email.

To ensure prospective volunteers are able to consider your organisation's volunteering opportunities, you need to provide us with the information they need. We cannot guarantee, that prospective volunteers will choose to pursue your opportunities, but we will do our best to help you meet your need for volunteers. The information you provide will help us continue developing our services to meet your needs.

What to do

Step 1: Register with Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire

Register your organisation either by returning the registration form or by completing initial registration online.You only need to do this once.

(if you do not wish to advertise any volunteering opportunities at present completing this form allows you receive news/info-bulletins from the Volunteer Centre).

Step 2: Registering Opportunities

You can register your volunteering opportunities in two ways.

Download complete and fax or post completed opportunity registration, ensuring that you have signed the declaration the opportunity registration form.
You need to complete one opportunity registration form per opportunity - so that volunteers can more quickly and easily find the opportunities that interest them, and we can get a more accurate idea of the demand for volunteers.

Alternatively you can post opportunity information online, simply log in complete the registration form and Volunteer Centre Renfrewshire will contact you to complete the opportunity registration

Step 3 Manage your Opportunities

There is nothing more frustrating for a potential volunteer than to offer their services to an agency that no longer has a need for them. We will check the information we hold with you annually and you can add or remove opportunities at any time.

Manage your opportunities online simply log in and you can edit your opportunities online.

If you prefer simply contact us and let us know if your opportunity has changed.
